Preheat oven to 428 degrees. Cream the butter in a bowl. Add the sugar, zest and a pinch of salt. Add the eggs and blend until the mixture whitens. Add the grapefruit juice and mix. Sift in the flour and baking powder and mix well. Butter your madeleine mould, add the mixture and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and unmould quickly, placing the madeleines on a wire rack. Leave to cool. Mix the powdered sugar with a tablespoon of grapefruit juice and glaze the madeleines. Decorate with grapefruit pieces.<\/p>\n
