For 12 candied cranberries:<\/p>

In a small saucepan, bring 1.5 dl of water to boil with 5 tablespoons of sugar. Leave to cool. Soak each cranberry individually in the syrup, then leave to dry on a wire rack for an hour. Finally, coat with white sugar. You can save the remaining syrup as a sugar syrup for the cocktail.<\/p>
