Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces, add to the mixture and rub between your hands until crumbly. Stir in the egg and bring together into a soft dough, without kneading. Flatten the dough into the desired shape, cover and chill for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the plums into thin wedges.<\/p>

Line the tin with the pastry and trim off any excess. Prick the bottom with a fork and brush with honey. Add the plums. Form a braid with the remaining pastry and decorate the tart. Bake for 30 minutes.
