The bunny egg
Material
1 hard-boiled egg
Iron wire
1 wire cutter
1 small flower
how to do it
Step 1: Making the crown
1. Cut a piece of wire and form a small crown the diameter of the top of the egg.
2. Wrap the wire around 2 or 3 times to obtain a solid base.
3. Secure the ends by twisting to close the crown.
Step 2: Create the ears
1. Cut a piece of wire about 20 cm long.
2. Measure approximately 4-5 cm and bend the wire at this point to form the first ear.
3. Wrap the thread around this first loop for extra hold.
4. Don't cut the ends yet!
5. Repeat for the second ear.
Step 3: Attach the ears to the crown
1. Place the ears on the crown and wrap the ends of the wire around them to secure them.
2. Once the ears are attached, cut off the excess thread.
3. Adjust the ears so they stand straight and symmetrical.
Step 4: Decorate with a natural touch
1. Choose a small branch of greenery or a mini flower.
2. Gently secure it to the wreath by wrapping it lightly with a small piece of wire.
3. Gently place the crown on the egg, adjusting the position of the ears and decoration for the best result.
The flowering egg
Material
1 egg
Twigs or small branches
1 sewing needle
1 teaspoon
1 flower or foliage of your choice
A little water
how to do it
Step 1: Prepare the substrate
1. Gather the twigs and twist them into a circle.
2. Roll them up several times to give a little volume.
3. Secure the ends by intertwining them naturally or tying them discreetly with a bit of fine wire.
Step 2: Empty the egg
1. Place the tip of the needle on the top of the egg and tap gently with the back of the spoon to pierce a small hole.
2. Enlarge the hole slightly to accommodate a flower stem.
3. Repeat the operation, drilling a second hole on the underside of the egg.
4. Insert a straw in one of the holes and gently blow the white and yellow into a bowl.
5. Rinse the inside of the egg with a little water.
6. If you're using a fresh flower and want to add water to the inside of your egg, stick a small piece of thick tape over the bottom hole to prevent leakage.
Step 3: Add the flower
1. Cut the flower stem at an angle and insert it into the egg hole.
2. Add a little water to the inside of the egg to prolong the life of the flower.
