Apple, celery, spinach and lime

Ingredients

1 apple

4 stalks celery

50g. spinach

2 limes

Preparation

Cut the apple, celery stalk and limes into pieces. Add them gradually to the juicer, alternating with the spinach. Enjoy immediately.

Carrot, beet, grapefruit and turmeric

Ingredients

2 Carrots

1 beet

1 grapefruit

1 tsp. turmeric

Preparation

Cut the carrots, beet and grapefruit into pieces. Run them through the juicer. Once the juice has been extracted, add a teaspoon of turmeric and blend. Enjoy immediately.

Plum, lemon, ginger and honey

Ingredients

2 plums

1 lemon

10g. ginger

1 tsp. honey

Preparation

Cut the plums, lemon and ginger into pieces and pour them gradually into the juice extractor. Once the juice has been extracted, add the honey and stir. Enjoy immediately.
