Here I share my inspirations and experiences around themes that are close to my heart, such as well-being, personal development, travel, decoration and cooking.

I'm originally from the Gruyère region of Switzerland. I worked there for several years as a beautician, some of them on my own. Then I met my husband, who was working in Zurich, on the other side of Switzerland. So I handed over my institute and left to join him, because I believe that life is full of unexpected opportunities just waiting to be seized. Always a little project in the corner of my mind, this blog is my latest novelty.
