Miam aux fruits

The Miam aux fruits from France Guillain

Given the many benefits of this recipe, I'm publishing this article in the health section. Recently, I wrote an article on the derivative baths, a fascinating method that has been revived by France Guillain. I mentioned my health concerns and this resource which, among other things, had helped me enormously. France Guillain is not the creator of the derivative baths technique, but she has modernized the practice and offers a complete 4-element method for improving health and vitality. These include the famous Miam aux fruits. Perhaps you've already heard of it?

It's a healthy, entirely raw, plant-based recipe that's best suited for breakfast, although it can also be enjoyed at lunch or dinner. Properly prepared, it effectively combats oxidative stress.

As its inventor reiterates, this recipe must be followed to the letter if you want to enjoy all its benefits. It is also recommended for all ingredients to be organic. Finally, to support digestion, it's important to chew this meal well, so that every mouthful is absolutely liquefied.

When I discovered the France Guillain method, I immediately tried the Miam aux fruits and quickly noticed the positive effects on my body. I no longer felt tired before dinner, my overall energy was boosted and, above all, I felt I'd fed my body with the right foods, giving it the nutrients it really needed.

The recipe

Miam aux fruits

1/2 banana

2 tbsp. rapeseed oil

1 tbsp finely ground flax seeds

1 tbsp finely ground sesame seeds

1 tbsp finely ground seed mix

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

3 seasonal fruits

Start by mashing the banana with a fork until almost liquid. Emulsify the oil with the banana until the mixture is homogeneous, the oil should no longer be visible. Then add the three types of seeds. I recommend that you grind them yourself, using a coffee grinder for example, as commercially-ground seeds quickly lose their health benefits. You can then store the ground seeds in the refrigerator for up to a week. Pour the lemon into the preparation. You can always add more, depending on your taste, to make the Miam smoother. Finally, add the chopped fruit.
