Fill up on seasonal vegetables, play with colors and textures, for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste.

Add a touch of green to your dishes. Easily grown in a pot or tub on a windowsill, balcony or kitchen near a light source.
5. Create a mood board around spring
Create a visual atmosphere that inspires you all season long. Gather images that evoke spring for you, and that make you happy just to look at them. You can do this on paper or digitally, on Pinterest or Canva for example.
